Marketing Manager

Helium SEO is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Cincinnati team. In this key position, you'll own our marketing strategy from conception to execution, driving lead generation, partner relationships, and brand growth in the competitive SEO landscape.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans within allocated budget parameters
  • Drive brand awareness initiatives and measure market penetration against established growth targets
  • Partner with leadership on business development and private equity relationships

Revenue Generation

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of SQLs and MQLs to fuel sales team success
  • Identify and cultivate agency partnerships through strategic outreach and industry events
  • Support overall business development efforts across key growth channels

Digital Marketing

  • Optimize our website for maximum market presence and user engagement
  • Manage multi-platform social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, and emerging channels)
  • Manage Ads Accounts, including forecasting and calculating spend needed to hit revenue and pipeline targets
  • Leverage B2B marketing best practices to reach decision-makers

Requirements:

  • Required to have Digital Marketing experience, including SEO, Paid Social, and Paid Ads
  • Proven track record in managing marketing budgets with demonstrated ROI
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing (not just planning) marketing strategies
  • Strong history of delivering qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities
  • Website optimization expertise with measurable results
  • B2B marketing experience, ideally in services or agency environments
  • Proficiency across major social media platforms with platform-specific strategy knowledge
  • Portfolio showing increased brand awareness and market penetration
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
  • Track record of building partnerships and external relationships
  • Experience working in HubSpot

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation includes a highly competitive base salary. The office operates on a Hybrid work model with 2 days remote and 3 days in the office.
